The collaboration between Ferrari and Shell is one of the longest-running ties in Formula 1. The duo of two major automotive brands will continue for a long time, following the signing of a new contract. Ferrari and Shell have agreed to a new partnership for the long term, as innovation partners.
The deal between automotive manufacturers and racing teams with oil and gas companies have existed for more than 90 years, together with Scuderia Ferrari in F1, Shell has played a role in winning the 22 world titles that Ferrari has won. The 22 world titles are 10 constructors' titles and 12 drivers' titles.
Of the total 31 F1 world titles ever won by Ferrari, they were achieved when the Shell logo was affixed to the car and uniform. And starting this year, the long-term cooperation of Ferrari and Shell will be discussed, after each of the higher-ups has this new agreement. Contract extension between Shell and Ferrari.
